Out the Honeywood back door, we watch daily the construction progress of Smithtown at the Summit, the seafood-only incarnation of our sister restaurant Smithtown Seafood down on West Sixth Street. This new Ouita Michel restaurant will be in The Barn, which might be the coolest food hall we've ever seen — it really does resemble a barn, but with huge windows and fancy stalls that serve diners rather than horses. Smithtown at the Summit will have the coolest stall neighbors, too, who are locals like us: Crank & Boom, Pasture by Marksbury Farm, Atomic Ramen, Whiskey Bear and Athenian Grill.
